Hello Bello decided to open a diaper manufacturing facility in Waco, TX, due to the necessity of having no supplier. The older plant needed a lot of work to bring it up to speed; their resources were stretched thin getting the start-up rolling. Hello Bello leaned towards a consultant who set out to find the right partner to commercialize and mass produce their portfolio of organic and plant-based baby products.
