2005 Advanced Barrier Extrusions, LLC is established by three private owners in Rhinelander, Wisconsin

2007 The first three resin silos are installed at the facility and a railroad spur is constructed to accommodate railcar deliveries of raw materials

2010-2011 ABX expands, adding 30,000 square feet for warehousing.

2013 Another building expansion is completed, adding 15,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity

2015 Three additional resin silos are installed to accommodate growing demand

2018 ABX is acquired by Graham Partners, a suburban-Philadelphia based private investment firm

2019 ABX acquires Waupun, Wisconsin-based Flexographic Packaging Company – and with it, adds printing and laminating capabilities to the company’s suite of flexible packaging offerings

2020 ABX acquires the U.S. flexible packaging converting business of Berry Global Group, Inc (NYSE: BERY), adding six new manufacturing locations and complementary flexible packaging capabilities

Larry GoldsteinChief Executive Officer
Before joining ABX in 2019, Larry spent 30 years at Berry Global, Inc. He served as President of the Flexible Packaging Division and President of the North America region of the Health, Hygiene, and Specialties Division. Larry earned his B.A. in economics from Middlebury College and went on to earn his M.B.A from The College of William and Mary.
Jeff GodseyChief Operating Officer
Before joining ABX, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer for Precision Global and spent 29 years at Berry Global. At Berry Global, he served as Vice President of Operations of the North America region of the Health, Hygiene, and Specialties Division. A toolmaker by trade, Jeff has spent his entire career in the packaging manufacturing industry. He enjoys working on continuous improvement projects and strategic planning.
Michelle WilsonChief Commercial Officer
Michelle has served in various positions in the Plastics Packaging and Polymers Industries for more than two decades. Before joining ABX in 2020, Michelle held VP Sales and Product Development roles with Berry Global in the Health Hygiene & Specialties Division and The Flexible Films Group for over fifteen years. She received her Bachelors in Economics from The University of Illinois and her M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Jon RickersChief People Officer
Jon is a senior Human Resources executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple manufacturing organizations. Most recently, he served as the Chief Human Resource Officer for a $1.5B publicly traded global manufacturer. Jon earned a B.S. in Psychology from Texas Christian University, an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska, and an MBA from the Cox School of Management at Southern Methodist University.
